Camphor Essential Oil– is known to be a powerful decongestant.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil- supports the respiratory system and soothe physical discomforts. The healing benefits of Eucalyptus Oil can be attributed to its anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, and antiseptic qualities.
Juniper Berry Essential Oil– used to help fight colds and flu-related symptoms such as sore throats, coughs, poor sleep, and respiratory infections.
Lemon Essential Oil– has long been considered a cure-all fruit and essential oil, especially for treating the flu and for reducing fevers.
Peppermint Essential Oil– used as a natural decongestant and fever-reducer.
Directions: Apply a small amount onto your neck, chest, and nose exterior. You may experience a slight cooling sensation or the smallest of tingles on your skin.
