Description
Angela Graham Steele and her husband have four boys and reside in Washington, Oklahoma on a small farm. Her youngest son Jake was born in December of 2009 with Down Syndrome. She hopes to teach others about the joys of loving a child with an extra chromosome and is an advocate for teaching children that “although we may all be different in one way or another, our hearts remain the same.”
Angela received her B.A. in Communications from Park University in Parkville, Missouri . She is an active member of the Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma and First Baptist Church of Washington. Angela is an avid reader and she enjoys taking care of her animals on the farm, volunteering in her community, watching her boys play sports and spending time with her family. She and her family operate Steele Family Farm and make Handcrafted Goat Milk Soap.
