This is the be stuff! I usually use it when I am sore after working out but recently ran out of melatonin so decided to put both the oil and butter on the bottom of my feet before bed. It works wonders!! Usually with melatonin, I have the problem of feeling drowsy the next day but the magnesium products from Steele Family Farm have solved all of those issues!!!
